Sample Resume My Time Management - 1664 Words

I handle stressful situations in a very mature way. I do not let the situation stress me out, or make me give up. I try my best to find and exhaust every option there is possible in order to find a solution to the situation. I also try my best to be calm during the stressful situation. My time management skills are very good. If I have a big project I have to complete for one of my classes, I will make a list on which steps I should complete in chronological order. I set deadlines for myself on when I should have a certain part of the project done. I do not multitask my responsibilities, because if I multitask, I will not be able to truly focus on a certain portion of my project. I often use my downtime to help plan, and often complete my†¦show more content†¦It pushed me to focus more on what s going on in the world, instead of staying focused on what s going on in Indianapolis, or the United States period. I met the challenge by not attending as many social events as I did in the past and I studied more. I watched more CNN and MSNBC. I also read the book 1984 by George Orwell. Any speech that President Barack Obama gave, I watched it, or I recorded to watch it if I could not watch it when it aired. I loved the class because it gave me a challenge and it required me to expand my learning ability. A positive factor that affects my performance in high school, is me being able to help others. Once I am done with my school work, another one of my peers asks me for help, so I help them. I love to see myself succeed, but I also love to see other people (my peers) succeed also. I think this helps my performance in high school, and makes me want to excel in school, and have others look up to me. The Indiana Academy would be a very great, yet tough learning experience for me. I love to have a challenge in my school work, and also schoolwork that requires me to think. I think the Indiana Academy, with their expansive class selection, and great learning curriculum would be great for my learning experience. An educational interest of mine would be: working together with new people. This will strengthen my character and teamwork skills, and also help me
